Creative Art Therapy
is an explorative practice where we use art, music, movement, writing, or other creative forms to help you explore and express your feelings. You don’t need any artistic skill — it’s often more about the process, not the product.
Sometimes it’s hard to find the right words for what you’re feeling, and creative expression can open new ways to heal, grow, and understand yourself. It’s a gentle, supportive approach that helps you connect with your inner world in a deeper, often surprising way.
In doing this work I pull from my previous experience as dancer and my Undergraduate Degree in General Fine Arts to inform our practice.
