For me therapy is a collaborative process. We work together to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a supportive, safe, non-judgmental space. It’s a place to gain insight about yourself, develop coping tools to be a human out in the world, and make lasting meaningful change in your life.

People come to therapy for many reasons. It could be stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, or simply a desire for personal growth. Whether you're struggling or simply want to better understand yourself, therapy can help you feel more empowered, balanced, and supported. I would be happy to discuss if therapy feels like the right next step for you over a 15 min. introduction call.

If your therapist doesn't accept your insurance, you can pay out-of-pocket and then submit a superbill to get partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. I use Mentaya for superbills, making the process easy. Not every insurance covers out-of-network, so it is best to contact them first and find out if they do.

I generally see my clients once weekly. At times it is needed for therapy to happen twice weekly, which I particularly enjoy. I have just a few bi-weekly available spots, usually on Friday’s, that are available after we have worked at least three months together weekly.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged your full fee. If cancellations become a regular occurrence, this may be extended up to needing a 36-48 hour notice, and/or a conversation if being in therapy right make sense for you.

I reserve a limited number of low-fee and sliding scale openings. These spots exist based on need and availability. If my full fee does not feel accessible to you at this time, please reach out and we will collaborate to find a fee that works for both of us.
