Significant life transitions - like ending a relationship, leaving a demanding job, or coming off birth control - can also leave you feeling disoriented and unsure of who you are. A key theme through all these? A lost sense of Self. Even if you have glimmers of your true Self, or if you have no idea where to begin, you are not alone. I can help you on your path to wholeness and self-understanding.
