Offerings

All therapeutic offerings are available via telehealth or a select few in-person spots. For in-person, I am located on the West-side of LA to do walk-and-talk (or sit and chat) therapy at a local park. I am open to discussing alternate in-person options as seen fit.

Therapy

  • Together we will discover the core issues at play in your life with compassion and curiosity. I serve as a guide, supporting you as you navigate the journey of self-realization and healing. If you are feeling anxious, depressed, afraid, lost, alone, co-dependent, unloveable, or disconnected and unable to trust yourself, let's start taking the steps towards meaningful change.

    Out of Network: Superbill provided

  • There are many things that can bring you to couples therapy. Struggling with communication, discovering infidelity, exploring ethical non-monogamy, conscious uncoupling, navigating pre co-habitation or marriage, I am here to help bring harmony to relationships. I am also open to unconventional 'couples' such as best friends going through a rough patch, co-workers, or roommates.

  • I am here to be the anchor in the storm that has snuck up onto your family. Maybe it's been brewing for sometime, or it appeared overnight. Regardless, I am ready to ride the waves and together find the way back to peaceful waters all in one piece. I am also available for 'unconventional' groups such as blended families, sorting out dynamics in polycules, groups of co-founders or friends.

Practices I Use

  • is a gentle, mindful approach to self-discovery and healing. Instead of focusing only on talking about problems, Hakomi helps you explore your inner world — your emotions, beliefs, memories, and body sensations — in a very present, compassionate way.

We work together using mindfulness, which just means slowing down and paying close attention to what’s happening inside you, moment by moment. This helps us uncover deep patterns — often ones you developed early in life — that might still be shaping how you experience yourself, others, and the world.

The goal isn’t to judge or fix you, but to understand and transform these patterns in a way that feels natural and empowering. Hakomi is respectful, nonviolent, and client-led: you are always in charge of your pace and your process.

If you’re curious about yourself and want a deeply respectful, body-centered path to growth and healing, Hakomi can be a beautiful fit.

I have currently completed Level 1 training, and am on course to complete Level 2 at the start of 2026.

  • is a unique way of healing that reconnects you with nature as part of the therapeutic process. This could look like using metaphors, self-guided nature experiences, or meeting outdoors. In each, the natural world becomes a partner in your healing.

There are many exciting studies now that show how Nature can have a lasting impact on your mental wellbeing. Being outside can help you access emotions, insights, and a sense of meaning that’s sometimes harder to find indoors. Ecotherapy no only reduces stress, but helps you feel more alive, connected, and at ease.

  • is an explorative practice where we use art, music, movement, writing, or other creative forms to help you explore and express your feelings. You don’t need any artistic skill — it’s often more about the process, not the product.

Sometimes it’s hard to find the right words for what you’re feeling, and creative expression can open new ways to heal, grow, and understand yourself. It’s a gentle, supportive approach that helps you connect with your inner world in a deeper, often surprising way.

I pull from my previous experiences as dancer and multimedia artist to inform our practice.

  • his practice combines the use of ketamine, a safe and fast-acting medicine, with psychotherapy to support deep healing. Ketamine can help shift your usual thought patterns, making it easier to access emotions, gain new insights, and work through stuck places.

The experience is very intentionally guided and supported, with preparation beforehand and integration afterward to help you make meaning of what comes up. It’s especially helpful for depression, anxiety, trauma, and other challenges when traditional approaches haven’t been enough.
